Native to the Mississippi River, our Paddlefish has a beautifully small, platinum pearl and a distinctly briny flavor. Similar to the tasting notes of Sevruga caviar from the Caspian Sea, Paddlefish lends itself well to creamy pastas or burrata salad with an aquatic piquancy that provides a burst of strong salinity.

 

Each product is packed to order and handled with the utmost care. Your caviar or roe will retain its quality for up to 4 weeks when left unopened and well-refrigerated. Once you open the product, please enjoy it within 3-4 days.
