All orders are shipped via overnight delivery in custom-designed thermal packaging with non-toxic ice packs. This ensures your caviar maintains a consistent temperature of 28-32°F throughout its journey to your doorstep.

How long will my caviar stay fresh after delivery?

Unopened vacuum-sealed tins can be kept in the coldest part of your refrigerator for up to 4 weeks. Once opened, we recommend consuming the caviar within 24 to 48 hours for the best flavor and texture profile.

Do you offer international shipping?

Due to the highly perishable nature of our products and strict CITES regulations regarding the international trade of sturgeon roe, we currently only ship within the United States.

What is your return policy for perishable goods?

As we deal with temperature-sensitive food products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or is delayed by the carrier resulting in a spoiled product, please contact us within 24 hours for a full replacement or refund.
